The 2024 National Innovation Summit brought together innovators, policymakers, researchers, entrepreneurs and students from across Uganda to promote innovation and entrepreneurship. Held over two days in 2024 the summit served as a collaborative platform for showcasing solutions, sharing ideas and advancing an innovation-driven economy.

A strong emphasis was placed on humanitarian technologies, highlighting how engineering and innovation can be applied to address real societal challenges. Discussions and showcases focused on sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, education and renewable energy, demonstrating practical, impact-driven solutions that improve livelihoods and community resilience.

The summit fostered partnerships, knowledge exchange and dialogue aimed at leveraging technology for sustainable development and meaningful societal impact.
